We are excited to partner with you on your weight loss journey! Our NP will meet with you to discuss your weight loss goals and review your health history to make sure our Medical Weight Loss Program with compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide is the right fit for you! Please note that we require that clients meet the following criteria for our weight loss program:
1. BMI of at least 30 or BMI of at least 27 and one or more weight-related health issues, not including diabetes
2. Not diagnosed with diabetes
3. If diagnosed with pre-diabetes, not currently taking other medications for pre-diabetes or have spoken to your PCP regarding the use of compounded GLP-1s.

Injections

Looking for an intramuscular injection or peptides? Book this service and our team will review your history & physical and wellness goals to determine which injections are right for you! We offer B12 shots, lipotropic shots, vitamin D, and a range of subcutaneous peptides for weight loss, performance, fertility, inflammation, and more!

IV Therapy

We currently offer simple IV hydration, energy drip, and IV glutathione.

Re-tune, revitalize and restore your own body’s harmony by learning how to energize and optimize your mental, emotional and nutritional states. Our Bioenergetic scans provides health data and feedback on the emotional body.

We offer these scans as a stand alone service or combined with our Functional Wellness Coaching and Reiki Treatments.

With 13 years experience as a Registered Nurse, I have a fundamental understanding of the human body and of the manifestations of dis-ease. I am very passionate about providing holistic care to all of my clients.

Through my own wellness journey, I was able to discover the benefits of many alternative modalities and approaching healing from a functional medicine, root cause approach.

I am currently completing functional medicine coaching training at the School of Applied Functional Medicine. This training has provided me with a holistic foundation to serve my clients with emphasis on functional medicine concepts, the mind-body connection, pulling in skills and knowledge that will help my clients truly discover the root cause of their dis-ease or illness, so they can live into their potential.

During my own healing journey, I discovered the power of energy modalities in healing. Reiki was the instrument my mind body and soul needed to overcome trauma and learn to lead with my heart and love myself again. My experience and a deep desire to provide my clients with the benefits of energy healing, lead me to pursue training in Reiki. I am a Reiki Master, and have studied under the guidance and unique wisdom of Jonna Barnes here in Asheville North Carolina.

At Inner Peace Wellness, our goal is to blend these modalities to better serve our clients as they navigate their healing and re-embrace their innate healing potential by starting within! We also offer IV Hydration and Vitamin Therapy through our sister company, Inner Peace Hydrate.

I live in Asheville NC with my husband, our adoptive sons Liam and Jagger, 4 rescue dogs, a mini horse, mini donkey, and 4 goats. When I am not coaching and being a nurse, I enjoy spending time on my mini farm, fostering dogs, hiking, kayaking, and connecting with family and friends.
